Yes, for logging. Bills and payments recorded offline queue on the phone and upload themselves when the signal returns. Reading data and approving payments need a connection.
Phone number and a PIN. No app store, no email, no password. Five wrong tries locks that account for 15 minutes.
No. They record it and attach the receipt or UPI screenshot, but it doesn't count until you approve it. Reject a blurry proof and it goes back to them.
Nothing is deleted. The app goes read-only — everyone can still open sites, read bills and print statements, but no new entries until you pick a plan up again.
No. Every project, bill and payment belongs to one business account, and every request is filtered by that account on the server. Inside your own account, a supervisor sees only what you assign them.
